So I'm currently on the regimen and everything is clearing up nicely, so I was wondering what products/food would help me to get that clear, dewy, glowing complexion that the celebrities have. If there is a routine for that would anybody care to share, or certain products that they use or incorporate into their regimen. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. Well, yeah....not all celebs are actually lucky enough to get even colored skin. A lucky few do, but celebs like us, use make-up.
Have you tried incorporating AHA into your regimen? I have noticed a significant improvement in overall skin tone after a couple weeks of using it.
Yeah I have the aha and I heard it makes
the skin really photo sensitive but I have heard mixed things about it, also did you find that it helped with your hyperpigmemtation?
It has really helped. Redness will go away on its own with time, but with the AHA it speeds the process up a bit.
Fermented fish oil/butter oil, and coconut oil pulling. Combined, the difference is incredible. Also you get shiny white teeth and the whites of your eyes become radiant
Now would you take these in a vitamin or what foods would you get them with?
Coconut oil pulling is just taking some coconut oil and swishing it around in your mouth for 20mins first thing in the morning (before you brush), and you spit it out after. There's lots of info on oil pulling if you poke around the web. The fish butter oil stuff is something you ingest, you take like 1/2 a teaspoon in the morning and at night, the only brand is Green Pasture. I would recommend the chocolate cream flavor, though it still takes some getting used to. Also it's pretty expensive
