Hey,

so im on my 4th week of the regimen, and so far my acne is pretty much the same. I will keep doing it for a while to see what follows :)

But my question is; is the regimen good for your skin?

Ive seen lots of people saying all these 'chemicals' or whatever can actually be bad for your skin in the long term. Can anyone prove/disprove this?

Note: my acne is mild/moderate and I just want rid ahaha! ill keep with the regimen for another 2-3 months and see what happens, and if it fails then i guess accutane is a possible option.

Yeah give it at least 2-4 months and see how it goes. It's not amazing for your skin long-term, but if your acne is only mild-moderate it should clear up pretty quickly. Once it has you can slowly reduce the amount of BP.

The BP is the only chemical that is considered harmful when using the regimen, everything else is quite tame in regards to the ingredients. Trust me, there's much worse OTC products that you could use.

No chemicals are amazing for your skin, but you have to put it into perspective. For those of us with severe acne, the scars, red marks and cysts can completely alter the surface of our skin. Sometimes, the scarring is permanent. Ongoing cystic acne actually destroys the collagen in your skin, making it age tremendously.

Well personally I'm only on week 2 of the regimen and this is the clearest my face has been in 3-4 years. I've tried EVERYTHING except DKR and it just started working literally overnight. I actually enjoy looking in the mirror now and have the confidence to look people in the eye again knowing that they're not glancing at the nasty ass whitehead on my face. DO IT
