So basically, which is best for the regimen - cetaphil lotion or cream? The cream seems to have much the better reviews, but the lotion seems to be recommended to me more. If I got the cream I'd use it as a night moisturiser.

I personally use the lotion at night just because I live in a tropical country and the cream, although very moisturizing, can also feel very heavy in the heat. If you live in colder weather, the cream should do your skin wonders.
