"using The Tips Of A Soft, Absorbent Towel, Gently Pat Your Skin Dry"

Recently I've been noticing that my towel likes to leave traces of lint or something on my skin, which might have been leading to irritation throughout the day. I just use my bath towel usually.

I'm wondering if anyone has a favorite towel or lint-free, soft, etc. towel that seems to work well for them? Perhaps a link to a website that sells the same towel would be useful too (but maybe I'm asking for too much).

By the way, I'm new and this is my first post here. I've been using dermalogica face wash for over a year now and it doesn't seem to be extremely effective; at one point it did, but my acne came storming back in the past month or so. I'm fed up with it and so I'm going to try Dan's regimen soon.

Good tips! How's your diet? You say your acne came storming back and usually that indicates an internal cause.

I haven't noticed my towels giving of lint, but I have noticed that some of my blankets sort of mark my walls (my bed runs along the length of the wall). I imagine the dye rubs off on my face (and rest of my skin) to a certain extent.

My diet is alright. It's apparent that the dry season (winter) is usually when people get the worst breakouts though, which might be my case. I've also been stressing out more than usual (just started college) so I'm sure that's also a contributing factor.

The tip was actually quoted straight from the instructions that Dan made here on the Acne.org website!

I've also noticed that my blanket (and pillowcases for that matter) could also be a leading problem. Do you happen to know exactly what towels you use? tongue.png

I just use paper towels. Its more sanitary and you don't have to worry about irritation.

Of course, its not environmentally friendly but its a price you gotta pay.
