are there any benefits/drawbacks to this? Which is less irritating generally?

I have spotty acne(only a few places at a time) and bad facial seb dermatitis. My dermatologist prescribed a sulfa wash and retinoids, after I refused to use any topical steroids or topical/oral antibiotics

It would be optimal if i was able to control the seb dermatitis and acne with the least amount of topicals, i should add
