Some countries have import restrictions for BP, but it should be no problem as long as you can prove it's for personal use. If you want to be 100% sure, check out the destination country's customs website. Make sure to pack the items carefully: tape the dispenser and put every item in a separate, resealable plastic bag, to avoid leaking. Those guys at luggage handling aren't the most careful people around, in general.
