Hyper-Pigmentation While Using Bp

Hi all,

first off let me give you a little insight on my skin, olive skin tone, never really had acne, but whenever I would breakout I would usually always break out in these cystic pimples that begin under the skin(hate those little suckers), not only because it looks dreadful but because it also ALWAYS leaves these ugly dark spot, if I pick it, if I don't pick it, either way I'm screwed, so long story short I went on BC in order to prevent it all together, worst decision ever, I broke out like crazy, jaw, forehead, cheeks, places where I would never break out, it was just horrible and after a month I decided I couldn't take it anymore, and synthetic hormones isn't something that I felt comfortable enough putting in my body so I stopped cold turkey, I got on the regimen as soon as I got off BP and while I'm seeing result as far as not breaking out all those dark spots are still there eusa_think.gif Since hyper-pigmenation is something I've always dealt with, I know that they usually take about a month to become hardly noticeable, however these suckers seem to be sticking on my face for good. I would have perfect skin if it wasn't for these ugly brown dark spots, and it seems that either the BP is making them darker or making it impossible for them to fade? I use spf everyday so I know it's not due to that, before I went on the regimen I was using lemon every night and leaving it on overnight on my problem areas and saw awesome results, so I was thinking of only using the regimen in the AM and at night just simply cleansing and using lemon as a toner, and moisturizing, in order to fade these hideous dark spots, yay or nay? My skin isn't irritated easily, I actually never got red or irritated looking while on the regimenhifive.gif , so I know my skin could handle it, oh I've been on the regimen for about a month and a half now by the way, a few more questions, how long does it take to fade these dark spots? Anyone with a similar experience that could share their input, suggestions, etc? Greatly appreciated! eusa_pray.gif

I've got the same problem-only in red! I red on one topic that Redbush tea is very good for those nasty little marks on your skin, so I started drinking 2 cups per day (and I was and still am on the Regimen), and I can say it did help. Try to drink some vitamins, that can sometimes help too! :)
