When FedEx came to my house to deliver my treatment and cleanser I brought my package in as the truck was driving away. The package did not sit outside of my house for more than one minute. The products were freezing cold and had to have been before arriving to my house and therefore it is not clear for how long. I am unsure for how long they were kept in a truck outside in the freezing temps between shipping to delivery. The products felt like they just were taken out of a freezer. Im concerned that they may have been in extreme temperatures for quite some time before being taken out of the truck at my home. I emailed and the answer I was given only stated theyd be fine if left outside in freezing temps for a short time after delivery. I emailed back a few days ago stating they were likely in freezing temps for an extended period of time and did not get a response. I am hoping to get some answers here. Does anyone know if the treatment and cleanser are safe to use and will still be effective being they were clearly in freezing temps for an extended period of time before being delivered to me?
