Hi Dan,
Its a little heartbreaking when something you love and rely on changes, especially when its transformed your skin for the better. As a long-time user of Acne.org (10+ years), the original formulation completely cleared my skin in a way nothing else ever has. I loved it so much, I even converted friends and family to use it as well. Now, with the changes, dedicated users like me are left with no option but to explore other products, even though my first choice would always be to stay loyal to the company that truly helped me.
I know you often recommend trying alternatives and following the regimen, but what made Acne.org so remarkable was your unique formulation. Even when other products contain 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, the formulation itself isnt the same, and that difference is huge for sensitive skin like mine.
I would be willing to pay even double the current price for the original formula. It would mean so much to me if theres any way for customers to access it again, even in limited quantities or as a premium option. I sincerely hope the original formula can still be available for those of us whose skin it changed so amazingly! Thank you for your time.
I only change things when I am convinced it will be better for the majority of people and I carefully make any changes that I make.
I wish I could do everything for everyone, but I have my hands more than full with what I'm currently doing and my top goal is to make sure everything I put out there is perfect so I don't want to do too many things at once.
However, I think you're talking just about the BP? If so, you can try other brands and see how they work for you. Or, since the new BP that I am now making is so powerful and effective, you can try using less of it and see how that goes as well.
This is seriously the truth. I have been on a journey the past year since Dan decided to unexpectedly change up the entire regime that was working for so many people.
Its actually devastating to me how much worse my skin is.
Dan, from your comments its honestly seems like you could care less about what the people are saying so I am not even going to go there. But just to let you know, you changing your regime has devastated many,
I know people don't like change, but I am always trying to improve the products. Right now I'm nearing what I consider to be complete perfection of each product, and I do want to leave them alone for the long-term, so I do plan on stopping any changes soon.
Please keep in mind that I recommended The Regimen for 8 years before ever selling products. So it's not all about my products. If you don't like my specific products, you can do The Regimen successfully with alternative products.
I just cannot understand how you change something that so many people had success with? Like, your stuff was golden. GOLDEN. And Ive seen it on posts here and elsewhere that the new change is absolutely breaking them out and not giving the results that the previous gave. And then, its like, we are BEGGING you to go back and then you say, well, there is alternatives.
I guess my question is, did you really ever have acne? Because if you did, you would have to understand what we all feel. The feeling of truly finding something that worked, built up your confidence again, and then for it to all come crashing when the owner just decides to change the ingredients for the better
I will ALWAYS be grateful for your previous acne products because it made my skin as clear as day. But since the change happened, I have been back to breakouts and just feeling defeated. I went to the dermatologist and got prescribed some stuff that Ive been on for 4 months with little to no change.
If people REALLY like this new change? Can you show us the change? Like in pictures? Data? Where is it?
