ive started the regime and i am now on week 2. im getting little bumps on either side of my temples going down to my cheeks a little bit. also suffering from texture on forehead cheeks and chin. is this normal or should i stop|::strongsad:

Hmm. I don't know exactly what you mean. Pic? Some purging is normal for the first couple weeks.
