Is this company still a viable option. I'm seeing comments regarding changes in product and I am currently waiting the longest time EVER for a shipment. It looks like my shipment has not made it out of California and its 9 business days later. If the company has gone belly up or experiencing some changes, the consumer should be made aware.

Thank you for your concern. FedEx has been having delays recently in their deliveries however rest assured that packagesdo get delivered.
If you opted for standard shipping, it usually takes3-10 business days for the package to be delivered. Weekends and holidays are not included.
