I'm so sick of getting the pump when I'm expecting the tube. Have been ordering from here for over 10 years. It really is roll of the dice the past year or two.
What gives? If you're switching packaging or if it's temporary.. take the whole 5 minutes to update the damn website picture.

I'm sorry but that is a complete cop out. You have been doing this since before the pandemic. If you decide to substitute the bottle you can easily update the photo on your website. The pump is TERRIBLE. While I like it initially.. it's impossible to get out the last bit without making a huge mess.
There's a reason the tube is popular. Stop with the pandemic supply chain nonsense. If this was new.. then I would understand. It's not. This company has gotten complacent.
