Hi everyone,
This is week 3 of using the regimen and for the past 3 days I've had dry and flaking skin around my mouth and cheek area. The dead skim cells would build up and it's very obvious. So I decided to clean those areas up by rubbing off the dead cells. I continued with my regular application of the regimen. Now I have a chemical looking burn around my mouth, it's red and stings when I apply the treatment and moisturizer. I decided I should hydrate my face and have been placing olive oil and honey with the hopes of resting my skin.
Has anyone had a similar occurrence?

I've had the same problem, but all over my face. I've read up n it and I ramped up my usage of benzoyl too fast. I cut way back and it's still burning, so I'm going to just wash my face and moisturize and not use any benzoyl for a couple days and see if that heals. It burns, I have flaky peeling skin - it looks terrible!
