I honestly feel the need to gush about the awesome customer service I got from you guys, specifically Ysabela.
My parcel never arrived due to Canada Post issues, unfortunately, they somehow managed to lose my package...
She always answered my emails within hours and I could expect at least 2 email exchanges in a day with her which is amazing considering the 3 day wait with other companies. She helped me through it all and offered to resend the order to me and even apologized for something she could not control. Once the package is out of their hands, the shipping companies have full responsibility, I am very disappointed with them and hope this doesn't happen too often.
Anyways, Dan is right when he says they have great customer service, this is no word of a lie.
Can't wait to get my order keep doing what you're doing guys!
