I figure out that when using the regimen I can't do playing basketball in the morning specially in my country a hot country, I can't eat my favorite foods, I'm always got home before 7pm because of the time of the regimen, I can't stand in our balcony because of the heat of the sun I always feel sweat and I can't move a lot due to my perspiration. I feel that I'm a prisoner hayyy
Play basketball in the morning THEN do the regimen process.
Eat what you want (within reason). The Regimen works well without drastic diet changes.
You can fudge a few hours here and there. There is no need to let The Regimen rule your life. I do it at 6:30-7am, then again around 10pm at night. As long as you do it in the morning then again before bedtime, you shouldn't have to be so strict with it that it is ruining your life.
As for sweat/perspiration, make sure you are using sunscreen when outdoors and/or a good wide brimmed hat. Sweat itself isn't a big problem however, irritation combined with sweat can be. Please read here: http://www.acne.org/regimen-help.html#sweat
