I recently bought the regimen from Amazon.com and having been tracking the parcel to the UK on USPS.com. Now the website is saying

Payment of charges - Item being held, addressee being notified

Your item could not be delivered on February 24, 2014 at 9:37 pm in UNITED KINGDOM due to payment of charges. It is being held while the addressee is notified.

Does anyone know what this means?

Hang fire! I got a letter today from parcel force, it's charges from the Border Force, import VAT and clearance fee, 16.70. I have to pay this to receive my package, what a nice, cheeky, little surprise!

Yeah I paid it, has your letter arrived yet? You can pay online with the reference number. Such an annoying thing!!!
