Hey I live in Sweden and from what i've seen there's no 2,5% BP here.. so my question is, can i to "The regimen" with 5%?

Anything i shall think of when using 5% BP?

5% Benzyl peroxide is often used to treat more stubborn acne and if you have more sensitive skin then it may cause some redness, other than that, you should be fine, I don't recommend using 10% benzyl peroxide though, as from personal experience, it did more harm than good, however i did have some success with the 5%

I'd say it's better to go with 2.5% if at all possible... 5% is ok, but can be incredibly harsh on your skin... 10%... FORGET ABOUT IT!!! Even if a derm prescribes it, throw it away! The stronger the concentration, the worse the irritation..

I'm surprised not a lot of countries carry 2.5%. The Philippines carries only 5% as well. Luckily I know someone who has 2.5% BP shipped from the middle east and I just order from him.

I tried 5% before I got a hold of the 2.5% and on the 5% I really felt like scratching my face out. Stick to the 2.5% if you can find it.

5% works better for me. 2.5 doesn't do much for me.
