I am not super knowledgeable about it, but my first reaction was NO!

 

Even though it's fat-free (I do believe some low-fat products are good while others are better left in their original state), rich cheeses can sometimes not be the best health or acne-wise, I believe.

 

Actually, I always saw cream cheese as more of a spread, not so much something to put in a sandwhich, but everyone enjoys their food differently.

How about mustard maybe, with some turkey?

 

I hope others can reply and offer better insight into this.

Use hummus and/or avocado. Or try goat cheese.

Cream Cheese is said to be best because it is fresh and not aged. If you have an issue with histamines, aged cheeses are not good. Cream Cheese is the only cheese I have heard so far to be good for acne triggered by histamine.
