Hi guys,
I was looking for some input on my vitamins that I am taking and want to make sure they are safe! My primary care doctor basically shrugged them off and saw nothing wrong with them, but as we know Primary Care is usually in a rush to get you in and out.
Vitamins:
Zinc Gluconate 30mg
Fish Oil 3000 IU
Vitamin D 1000 IU
L-Lysine 1000mg
Probiotic 30 Billion
I also take a BCAA supplement when I workout along with Creatine.
My daily diet is consisted of rice, nuts, fruits, veggies, eggs, meat, chicken, and the occasional fish.
