obesity and acne ?

I'm 308 pounds. I'm at my heaviest and my acne is at it's worst. Any linkage ?

Start taking baby steps, one at a time, one at a time
healthy breakfast is super important meal of the day because you break-fast!
first thing in the morning drink 1 or2 cups of water
everytime you eat food bless!
eat complex carbs( brown rice, quinoa, whole grains)you'll feel full longer
organic dairy and meat makes a huge Huge difference in acne!
