as of the last 3 months my diet has consistently been : crap ton of veggies and fruit, whole grains such as rice, quinoa and literal whole grain bread, eggs, somebeans, chicken, fish, almonds, walnuts, and seeds such as chia. i know my diet isn't perfect but I'm still a growing teen and want to get a decent amount of calories daily to at least maintain myweight. Anyways, my diet has gotten me pretty clear ( still around 1-4 pimples at one time with various sizes on my face). I feel like getting rid of whole grain bread as I suspect this to be a possible trigger for me. Instead was thinking of incorporating things such as a large amount of beans daily (pinto, black, kidney), almond milk, turkey and oats. If anyone has any idea whether those things aren't good for Acne please let me know, as I hear theyre not ideal on different websites. Thanks.
I ate an whole chicken with skin inside of a day, later that day (night) i started to feel tingles in 1place,anyhow gradualy over space of 3 days i got a zit and obe that never quite made it out, tiny bit of whiteheads on nose.
so chicken meat or skin caused me to flare up if i am not mistaken or an overdose!
i recently stopped eating eggs and i noticed less whiteheads but i dont know if it was eggs or the fact i fried em.
i tend to eat lots of veggies daily, sweet potato not white, wholemeal bread bit i wasnt eating fruit but introduced watermelon and banannas 3 days ago with no noticable reactions so far.
i drink not filtered tap water but i drink like 3ltr tea a day
i started eating red meat (mutton) 3 days ago after not having red meat for a couple weeks with no notable reactions.
agree though that its a juggle job seeing what works and what dosnt cos i think eating and introducing vitamins etc to your body naturaly is better than battering yourself with suppliments.ontop the fact you wanna look good, trying to be healthy and being male you want to have a decent amount of weight as its masculine.
hope you continue to find what works best,am on same journey.
