Pork rinds, cucumbers with lemon on them, sliced meat straight from the deli (no packaged crap), popcorn with NO butter popped on the stove occasionally and if your looking into meals, I've found a chicken crust pizza that's delicious. The crust is made from ground chicken, I use vegan parmesan cheese, dairy free cheese, uncured turkey pepperoni, and the lowest sugar tomato sauce I could find I also found a bread that doesn't make me break out that I can make at home called almond bread
It uses no grains, dairy, or sugar.
