im a teenager and surprise suprise I've got acne!
Anyways I thought I'd give dieting a try!
Any ideas of what I should try out/what foods to cut out? I'll try each diet for 2 weeks which is long enough right?
what I've tried:
Completely quit dairy, and sugar...
Could this be the problem: I eat LOTS of sourdough bread daily, Could this be the cause of my acne?

For me changing my diet improved my acne really much! You really should give it a try.
Sourdough bread may have a high glycemic load, that means it can spike your blood sugar and worsen your acne.
But everyone is different. I eat lots of bread every day and for me it makes no difference. I also always try to eat whole grain bread which has a lower glycemic load.
Sugar was a big acne trigger for me. I now try to limit my sugar intake to 50 grams a day. You should monitor your skin and write down what you eat. This way you can find out what triggers your acne.
