Someone said to me in another forum that folic acid helped him with his acne so I gave it a shot. I started at 5mg a day and saw great improvements. I'm currently taking 10 mg of vitamin B9 everyday and it's making my acne disappear. It even helped me with hair loss from vitamin b5. You can get it easily over the counter.
My acne was so stubborn that even accutane didn't work!
