I used to take vitamin D for awhile but I didn't experience any side effects from it. Try taking it with food if you aren't already. I've heard that some people can experience negative effects from taking a single vitamin on it's own because the body isn't used to getting a megadose of one vitamin at a time (this is also why taking it with food can help). Taking it with other vitamins, or just taking a multivitamin with D in it is easier on the body.

Thanks for the response! I'm experiencing a bit of bloating/constipation but I'm not sure if it's linked to the Vitamin D or my pms lol
