I have been trying to substantially improve my diet to reduce my acne and had a question around breakfast. I generally eat breakfast in the office where we have a decent amount of food available to us (but most of it I'm trying to avoid). The hard boiled eggs are an easy choice but was wondering about a granola/almond milk combo and it if would also help (mainly if there's nothing I should be avoiding in those products):
Ladera Almond Pecan Granola

Thought the above may provide more of the vitamins I'm looking for compared to the eggs but wanted to see if there's something bad in there I'm missing.
