Is there a specific blood or saliva test which can pinpoint what food allergies you have? Or intolerances or whatever term. I suspect certain foods that I already avoid but I think I'd get more piece of mind knowing for sure...and are these reliable.
so far the foods I know cause break outs are
Dairy, even small amounts
Avocado
Certain oils for frying/ fried food
Too much sugar, more than a few pieces of candy or a cupcake or a brownie
MSG and instant flavor granules

Ones I suspect are
Watermelon/ melon
Banana
Eggplant
Kiwi
Plums
Soy...????big unsure here.
Sugar substitutes
Coffee
Chocolate.

My triggers are:

Coffee
Nuts/Omega 6
Nightshades (particularly eggplant & jalapenos)
Dairy
Red Meat (I haven't eaten meat for years now though)

If I avoid these, I can eat most other things in moderation and not break out (provided I eat tons of green veg!).

I have no problem with bananas and have had clear skin whilst eating them daily!

Peanuts are a bad trigger, as they have very high omega 6, with no omega 3 to balance it out. Cashew and Macadamia have the lowest, and I don't seem to have any problem tolerating those!
