Intermittent Fasting Clears my Acne

Hi guys. So recently I discovered that my acne and facial redness/inflammation completely vanishes when I do intermittent fasting for about a month (Ramadan) and I was wondering is this due to insulin sensitivity being heightened? I do have slight pcos (high LH levels, many of the symptoms except overweight). So any thoughts, opinions, ideas on this would be appreciated. If you have pcos too, please comment!

What is your eating schedule like when you do intermittent fasting?

Hi so I usually eat between the time of 9pm - 4am and I eat anything and everything that I want. After about three weeks my skin will be perfect and smooth. I recently discovered I had pcos as well so I am now pretty sure I am insulin resistant.

I've been dealing with acne for most of my life and have been thinking about giving daily 16 hour fasting a try. The science isn't clear but claims of reduced insulin, igf 1, oxidative stress and inflammation means its worth a try.

Idk. I know when I'm sick and don't eat hardly anything it gets better too. For me I think its food allergies. Inositol and chromium and
cinnamon are good for blood sugar metabolism.
