I thought (and still think!) that going vegan would be the best decision for my skin and so for the last few months I've been eating only vegan, healthy stuff. And it's great!
But my skin doesn't seem to agree. I've been having acne for many years, but a few months later into this diet I'm breaking out pretty badly, especially where I would always have acne but even in places where I'd never get it. Could this be a detox reaction? Is there a chance my skin will suddenly improve? Please tell me so
