I have a suspicion that almonds break me out, but I don't think almond milk does. Is this possible? Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

I know people can have sensitivities to nuts and that can contribute to acne, but I'm not a dietician. However, if you feel they are breaking you out avoid them for a week or so, and then reintroduce for a few days and evaluate your skin to determine if this is the case. As for almond milk, if it's anything like the almond milk I buy, the actual percentage of almond in the milk is very low, its mostly water. (Just checked my carton and 2.5% Almonds, wow). So therefore there may not be a high enough concentration in the milk to hit that food sensitivity you suspect.

Been eating almonds and cashews like they r going out of style. I have heard that peanuts "could" cause u to break out, but the opposite with almonds. My skin is 100% clear right now. I also use only almond milk instead of regular or soy.
