I drink it too! I also drink a little lemon juice at the same time (not in it because I don't like the taste together). The vitaminC in the lemon juice helps protect the antioxidants in the matcha. It has to be fresh lemon juice though.
I usually drink the juice of 1 lemon a day. A couple wedges at a time, in ice water with stevia powder, so it's like lemonade.
I have done this for over 3 months and it is amazing. It takes about a month of drinking both to see huge differences but wow!
