That won't break me out
When I work I get an 30min-1hr lunch break,and I work at a grocery store so I figured subway is the healthiest. So what's the best choice? I can't cook, I can't go home and cook, I can't eat fruits for lunch either xD I mean who get full??? I'm a college student also guys, so I'm out a lot, I avoid all greasy foods and junk food and sodas.
I'm not an expert on the diet-acne connection but I do think Subway is one of the healthier fast food choices. I would go with turkey or chicken breast, and add lettuce, spinach leaves, tomato, cucumbers, peppers, etc. Greens and veggies are good for you so I would think you could add whatever appeals to you. Since dairy can be problematic for some people, I'd probably avoid cheese.
