I've tried most of them and none of them have helped me. I don't think there is a magic supplement that cures acne.

No faith. Have you tried Benfotiamine? I posted that article because I was short on time. I wouldn't knock something till you've tried it. I don't believe I said anything was going to "cure" anything. I said it it could "possibly help". I never made some extraordinary claim.

Why do you come on my thread and try to shoot it down? I don't like forums because of this. Respectfully site your opinion or experience.

It could help with the inflammation but I don't think it would do much for acne formation. It's basically a b vitamin analog iirc so it will help with sugar metabolism which will reduce the inflammatory potential of lesions, but the root of acne is immunological.
