Lately I've been examining my diet by doing an elimination diet and I've found that I trouble digesting rice, potatoes, oats, and wheat.

I get issues like bloat, constipation, runny stool, bloody stool, fatigue, body odor, acne, and joint pain. After I eat these foods the next day I have a runny nose and almost feel like I have allergies and have like a cold. Anybody know why this is happening? Any input will help!

1-white rice and potatoes have high glycemic index = raise blood sugar too quickly

2-oats and wheat have gluten = inflammatory protein, which body cant digest

3-maybe you have low insulin sensitivity = if You want to sleep 90 minutes after eating carbs

This helped me :

1-try mixing high glycemic food with fiber and some fat ( your blood sugar wont be raised so quickly)

2-try gluten free wheat free oats ( no gluten = no inflammation of Your gut)

3-try low carb diet to improve Your insulin sensitivity

As far as your bloody stool goes, I know grains tear down the intestinal walls. Your digestive system may be severely damaged. Healing your gut and digestive system in general can be a long and tricky process. #1 rule: avoid all antibiotics. They kill off all your good bacteria, and some. They cause all kinds of problems.

Yeah I think theres something really wrong but I've had a colonscopy egd and biopsys done and everthing was "okay". Doctors have no clue and I think look at me like i'm crazy! I haven't taken anti biotics in like 4 years. I take pro biotics daily. I agree they cause lots of damage to the body.
