I have suffered from moderate to severe acne on my face, back and chest for around 5/6 years now (I am 21). I've tried Oxytetracyline and Lymecelin and both did very little aside from kill my libido so I have decided antibiotics are not for me.
I have ordered 5000iu of tablets of Vitamin A and 5000iu of Vitamin D, as well as 50mg zinc. I also have 2mg copper to help with counter-acting the deficiency the zinc can cause.
I was basically wondering, should I try them all individually or are they ok to begin taking at the same time (Vit A+D with breakfast then Zinc with dinner), as they all seem to contribute to healthy skin so I didn't see the harm in going all out as waiting 3 months for the results of each one is going to be slow.
