Anybody Breakout Out From Apple Cider Or Apple Juice?

So I've been battling acne for the past about year, and I've noticed that there are a aid e range of foods that I've had to eliminate to get rid of prevent it.

Unfortunately it's October and I'm still struggling.

After finding out that rice breaks me out last week, and drinking too much Dandelion blend. I was happily pimple free yesterday.

Here is what i ate:

Breakfast: Usual 3 raw eggs blended with raw honey

Lunch: Usual sweet potato with beef tallow

Dinner: Homemade grassfed beef sausage. ( maple syrup, sage, coriander, carry away seeds, thyme, sea salt)

And throughout the day I was sipping on apple cider ( no preservatives, organic apples).

No pimples at night or the next morning.

So today I ate the exact same things except introducing beef bone broth.

So about midday I eat the broth and I get stomach pain, bloating and belching. And then two nice pimples on my chin. I realize that it gave me acne. Ugh. Great I can't eat bone broth.

So the rest of the day goes on and I finish with some homemade sausage and sip some apple cider ( not a lot). And then when I'm in the shower washing my hair, I feel my face gorming on my nose, and when I get out the shower i can see it some postures forming on my cheek and my face it red and inflamed in some areas. I quickly treat them with tea tree oil and raw honey as I always do.

So now I'm trying to find a suspect. Was it the apple cider? I don't eat apples because I've found in the past that they have given me breakouts, but that could be mostly due to the fact that they were not organic apples.

But I haven't touched an apple in a month, and now I'm drinking apple cider, is that what is causing this new breakout?

Mind you, I'm trying not to stress out and I really am looking forward to having a nice hot cup of apple cider tonight, but I'm afraid I could aggravate a serious breakout in the morning or before bed and I don't want to deal with it.

I know it's been a while since this was posted, but I just wanted to say that I also break out from apple juice. I mainly get largy cystic acne around my forehead and cheeks. My mom also breaks out from apple juice, so it runs in the family. I'm not entirely sure why this happens to me, but I assume it has something to do with an ingredient in the apple juice that my body reacts to negatively. I've been doing some research, and the only thing I can really find on this topic is questions about it like this one.

I am also someone that doesn't respond super well to pectin. I'm not a big apple cider drinker except around Thanksgiving or something. But I noticed that when I threw myself into the apple cider vinegar method, my skin went BANANAS. Took me a while to make the connection, but I tested it a few times after the fact with different apple cider vinegars AND unfermented apple drinks. Same response each time. It's unfortunate because pectin is so good for you.

I think I will try again when I gave completed my leaky gut healing though, because the way things were with my gut as banged up as it was, I was allergic to every other food product in the grocery store.

Apples and ACV cause me to break out in inflamed cystic acne - usually around my jawline. As soon as I stop, the acne goes away.

I've also been trying to find more literature on this but to no avail.

There is a chance you're sensitive to the high levels of sulfate in apples. I'm allergic to sodium laureth/lauryl sulfate, so I break out when I have dried potatoes of any kind (chips, boxed mashed potatoes, frozen potatoes, etc), apple juice, apple cider, grape juice, dried gravies, and I have to stay away from practically all shampoos and most makeups.
