My oil production has gone way down, but I'm still getting lots of congestion. Here's what my diet lately has been looking like:
Breakfast: GF oatmeal with cinnamon and strawberries, green smoothie (spinach, frozen fruit, banana, water), cashews
Lunch: various veggies with cashews
Dinner: Potato and sweet potato, peas, asparagus, cashews
Snacks: More oatmeal, freshly juiced veggies, fruit, veggies, green smoothie, cashews
Following this diet has made me feel better, has made my periods lighter, and has made my skin less oily, but I still have so much congestion. WHY?

Thanks for the reply. My blood type is B-. I also started incorporating the cashews into my diet because I wanted to eat more good fats and also gain weight (I'm very thin). Sometimes I eat avocado too, but I don't like that as much. My skin seemed to improve a bit too when I added the cashews, so I don't think they're a problem.
