I've been taking digestive enzymes the last three days and today after i took them I got cramps in my stomach and diarrhea for a few hours..

 

Don't know what to do really. Is my body just adjusting and should I go on or should I stop with them immediately?

Which brand are you taking, and how are you taking them? They are supposed to be taken with food.

I have been taking digestive enzymes for a year and they actually help with digestion and stomach pain.

I've been taking Zygest Ezymescomplex with Amylase 50mg Betainehydrochloride 100mg Bromelaine 25 mg

Cellulase 5 mg

Lipase 10 mg

Ossengal 15 mg

Pancreatine 100 mg

Papaine 25 mg

Pepsine 25 mg

Protease 50 mg

And I took them right before my meals..

It might be the pepsin...I take enzymedica's digest spectrum and I'm happy with it.
