Oh sorry ! I'll be more clear:) my skin was doing awesome then all the sudden it went nuts! And no new skin care!

Hm, that's unusual. It sounds like more of a reaction to me since you say it's itchy. Did you eat anything new, use any new shampoos, hair products, or detergents?

I actually was using hemp seed oil... but I discontinued due to laziness a week before so idk if that is what it is ? Hmm mm .. it looks baaddd today and every bump hurts . But the day before I broke out, I had a bad fever then these bumps came after

Hemp seed could have done it. I'm not sure about the correlation with the fever. I tried looking up fever and pimples and a lot of information comes up and it's hard to sort through. Since you had a fever and it's itchy maybe you could try taking some advil and benedryl to see if it helps.

Are you sure they aren't hives? How long has it been?

When you mentioned fever, I thought it could be an allergic reaction. If there's no puss, just red pimples, it could very well be an allergic reaction, perhaps environmental one. Were you around dust or pollen for a long time recently? Or anything else that could have triggered a reaction?
