Last year I wrote to y'all about how a gluten and sugar free, paleo diet with mineral supplements changed my skin. A year later I can tell you that's still the case. My skin isn't perfect, but this is the best complexion I've had since I was 12!
The only supplement I take now is magnesium because without it my skin becomes fragile, flakey, and I break out easily.
I eat lots of leafy greens, meat, and fat. I eat raw or semi-cooked liver twice a month, sometimes oftener.

EDIT: Oh, and I only wash my face like twice a week. In the 2014 pics, I haven't washed my face in like three days.
