Hi, all. I have heard about apple cider vinegar before and that it helps breakouts. Does anyone regularly use ACV? Yesterday, I took two shots of it and WOW is it hard to drink! Any tips, suggestions, guidance would be appreciated for those that drink/have tried ACV! (I would appreciate any way to make it more bearable to drink!!)

Dilute it. And rinse it off your teeth after. And you want to have it before meals for it to both act as a digestive aid and lower the glycemic impact of your meal.

I don't think it works, sorry. Neither topically or orally. Acne is a hormonal disease if you want to manage your acne the best way you can do that is with a balanced healthy diet rich in vegetables and fruit and low in carbs. Try a diabetic diet.

If you do decide to go through with it make sure you use organic acv. The kind that says with mother. My best suggestion though is that you cut out dairy wheat and soy for 2 weeks. Drink lots of green juice and eat green Vegis like its your job. This cleared up my forehead a ton!!!

Try diluting a tablespooon of ACV in 1 cup of water and adding a little stevia to make it more palatable. I have recently started doing this three times a day after doing a lot of online research. (I read that taking shots of ACV that has not been diluted is corrosive to teeth and can be damaging to the esophageal lining!) I have mild acne and have not noticed an improvement yet, but it does seem to be helping to regulate my digestive system.)

As the other have said make sure you're diluting it first, I usually get a water bottle, and put half ACV and half water in, and use a cotton ball to apply to my face as a toner. As far as drinking add about 2 table spoon to your water bottle. hope that helps.
