Was wondering if anyone here has read the Clear Skin Diet (where I found these things recommended, mostly to reduce inflammation) and/or has any advice or known concerns about taking this amount of supplements daily:
300mg Bupropion XL (for anxiety but not an SSRI)
Vitamin D3 400 IU
Zinc 50mg
Fish Oil 2216mg
Vitamin E 400 IU
Flax Seed Oil 2,000mg
Evening Primrose 2000mg
Saw Palmetto 320mg
Also I know I should ask my doctor, these pill bottles have reminded me, but I'm asking for your personal nonmedically trained opinions.

These are a lot of supplements. You should start with a few at a time to know what works and what doesn't. While all of these have helped people, some have also caused breakouts in others. If you search the forums for each supplement, you'll see mixed reviews, so it's best to start with 1-2 that you think are the most important for you.
Flax seed, evening primrose, and fish oil have broken some people out, including myself, so it really depends on what your body needs. Also, starting with 50mg of zinc is too much in my opinion. You should start with 25mg and then see if you can work your way up to 50mg, but be careful because zinc can deplete your body of copper, and then that creates a whole other set of issues.
Yes I felt that way too, but I was just being impatient. After 2-3 days of taking this mix of supplements, I got a headache yesterday and now feel a slight pain when I inhale extra deeply. Those are unusual things for me, so while this could just be a cold coming on, I don't want to be risky about it so I'm cutting back to just fish oil for 3 weeks. And then adding another from the list for 3 weeks, etc.
