Just a quick question I have because of i saw something that implied this on a forum.

So will drinking about 3-4 cups of green tea in any way hinder the benefits i get by taking fish oil capsules and cod liver oil capsules? Should i keep a time gap between when i drink green tea and the time i take the capsules?

It shouldn't because green tea contains antioxidants that target pro-inflammatory omega 6 fatty acids, not omega 3s found in fish oil. Remember not to take cheap fish oil tablets because they contain a lot more omega 6 than omega 3s. Make sure they're pharmaceutical grade or molecularly distilled capsules/tablets with at least 60% omega 3. A lot of people actually get cystic acne from taking fish oil (me included), so I'd be careful taking them. You should eat wild caught salmon instead.

Well if this is the case, I'm screwed! I drink about 5 cups of green tea a day, and usually soon after I've taken a fish oil capsule.
