Hey guys,

I've been breaking out on my chin for almost 2 years now, had perfect skin up until then I've been researching zinc and acne and have read some pretty amazing things and I really want to try it. However, I have a really hard time swallowing pills, pretty much can't do it, and am looking for an alternative. i was wondering if anyone knew if zinc lozenges are just as effective as a zinc tablet? Same form of zinc that everyone seems to be taking (gluconate) in the lozenges and the dosage is 23mg. Any insight would be wonderful! Thanks
