Is it true that once you go high fat, your body loses its ability to properly use carbs (and if u do introduce a lot of carbs, your body will go into mayhem?)

This isn't a scientific answer, but I was on a super low carb diet for a while. I remember when I started introducing carbs in, it made me crash and burn for a few weeks. It's pretty stabilized now though.

u know even emaciated bodies can heal.but the doses vary from 8 meals per day to soupy stuff/juices/milk etc.

similarly,there is a method.

u gotta go slow.obviously.but also, take advice from good nutritionists

i wish people would stop playing with their body.

I also noticed that I even though I am consistent on my diet, i sometimes still consume grains. I say I consume grains about once a month (i.e. one to two meals per month). I got to stop that shit.
