hey guys!

a test here.

considering intolerance or allergy cause active acne or zits and not just small whiteheads, blackheads etc

i have taken up a test.

i always thought peanuts are bad for me.

post-200657-0-03435700-1368460628.jpg

for once,i had a few breakouts the day i had peanuts.but i couldnt really relate the two for it might have been hormonal or for some other reason/cause.

i just a handful or peanuts.

i will keep a track of whether or not i have active big zits or any other symptom in next few days(or may be 1 week).

the basic rule is to not freak out about having peanuts.

sometimes,we actually start imagining itchy skin or raised/reddish skin right after we have had things we dread might cause acne.

i mean to be cool about it and watch out for the results.

anyone interested can take up the test as well.u can try peanut butter as ur test subject.

post-200657-0-24388400-1368460744.jpg

i'll keep posting the results time to time.

this was DAY 1.

p.s i also had one of these -

Peanuts haven't given me acne or aggravated my eczema, so I lucked out on that one. Once a week I put peanut butter on one of my apples if I feel like it. The biggest issue with peanut butter are the oils they put in the bottles, like cottonseed oils and vegetable oils. They're overloaded with Omega-6 fatty acids which cause inflammation. You'd have to eat a lot of fish and Omega-3 rich foods like special eggs and flaxseed to balance out several tablespoons full of peanut butter I think.

Edit: I have no idea what that bottom picture is 0_0.

DAY 2

i had the old itchy redness on one part of my face.that lil' portion turned all red and itched but went away after sometime.

although i feel it was mere coincidence.am not sure.

i've had such thing happen before..and i've no idea why.

here, this is what i used to have - THIS WAS SIMILAR BUT I DINT GET ANY RAISED BUMPS THIS TIME.

i have not had the exact thing for many days now.(places do itch now and then but one exact portion turning red and itching?no.not for weeks)

so somewhere this could be related.

oh!so confused.lol

what do u guys think?

here's a pic for today.

YOU CANNOT SEE THE REDNESS PROPERLY.SORRY,BLAME THE BAD LIGHTNING AND MY CAMERA ISN'T GREAT AS WELL.

Difficult to tell. Do what I do and keep a food diary of everything you eat and at exactly what time you eat it. A reaction may take 24 hours or more. Plus, the larger the cysts, the longer it's been staying under your skin. Reddening of the skin, on the other hand, is more quick to respond to something. At least for me it is.

FYI, Your skin close up is amazing compared to mine, which is already dented inward and stained with scars and large pores that never seem to close.

The biggest problem with peanut nowadays is that it's often hydrogenated, which means trans fat = very bad for the body as it raises cholesterol, etc.

Also, commercial peanut butter almost always have other kind of oil mixed in it, cheap oil such as cotton seed oil.

The reason why they do that is because if it's purely peanut, then the peanut oil would separate from the butter which doesn't appeal to costumers, and it has a way shorter self life.

Just always try to get an organic one and it should be fine! :)
