I can't describe it but when I eat too much meat (my meat is always 100 grass fed and grass finished), I get this weird feeling. It just doesn't feel right.
I don't understand it, I fatty meats (sausage and ground beef), so not too much protein yet it still makes me feel awkward.
Any ideas?
No ideas but if you feel weird eating a lot of meat just dont. I feel odd if I go completely vegetarian, no enegry so I eat meat when I feel like it, listen to your body I think we all overalanyze this stuff, I know I did for a while. It just made me more stressed out in the long run.
