Best Way To Supplement Efa's (Essential Fatty Acids)?

I do a pretty good job of getting my vitamins and I take some other good supplements, but I've never been able to get my head around EFA's, cause it seems to me like all cheap supplements you can get at the drug store just aren't worth it. I bought a jar of fermented cod liver oil from Australia for $70 but it didn't last long and didn't seem worth the price.

Is there a better, easier way to supplement EFA's?

The cheapest way is probably to eat sardines.

Walnuts. Avocados. Sprouted and/or fermented Chia Seeds/Hemp Seeds/Kiwi Seeds...

If i were to ever consume Cod Liver Oil again, i'd make sure it was from a reputable brand like Carlson Labs. And in bottle form. Too many fish oils and cod liver oils are rancid by the time they get consumed. And they will do far more harm than good in that state. I'm sure there are other reputable brands out there, but it's going to cost you a pretty penny. I saw Carlson Lab's brand for something like $35 for 8oz. at whole foods
