so yea, dairy has clearly been a major contribution to my acne. I've noticed that even the smallest amount of dairy is causing crazy breakouts lately. I'm not a HUGE dairy fan to begin with, but yea, cheese... I just cannot seem to give it up. I absolutely LOVE feta, cheddar and gouda. I cannot give it up
And so, to curb my cravings, does ANYONE have ANY idea of replacements that might help even a LITTLE? (I tried soy-cheese replacing mozzarella, and it was, eh, just ok... but I haven't seen others...)
My derm mentioned almond cheese being pretty good, but I haven't found it anywhere yet. I wanna get another person's opinion before I really commit to finding and buying it (since "healthier" and "alternative" foods are criminally expensive).
