I recently started to purchase my meats from USWELLNESSMEATS and the beef tallow (100 % grass fed and finished) is always out, so I opted for lard. Is lard safe to eat, when it comes to acne? The pigs are not raised on 100% pastures unfortunately.

I render my own lard/tallow at home from goat and lamb fat. It's simple to make and the fat is convenient to have around the kitchen, and it makes for tasty meals. I consider this kind of animal fat very healthy. No acne problems here.

My advice is don't buy lard or tallow, just make it.
